Maintenance Manager
Your Mission
Lead the maintenance department, manage assets and facilities, supervise internal and external work, and collaborate closely with quality, engineering, and project teams
Your tasks
• Lead and manage the maintenance technician team
• Supervise suppliers, consumables, and service providers
• Develop and implement the preventive maintenance plan
• Oversee the maintenance workshop and spare parts warehouse
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors
• Support engineering and project development te
What We’re Looking For and Competences We Value
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance (mandatory)
• PLC programming experience
• 5+ years leading maintenance teams
• 10+ years industrial technical experience
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Knowledge of DL 50/2005 and ISO 9001 / 45001
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
