What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting our 24-hour production operation by keeping equipment reliable, safe, and compliant.

Your work will include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a high-volume, fast-moving production environment
  • Supporting automated and robotic equipment using HMI interfaces
  • Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and documenting work per GMP standards
  • Completing scheduled PMs, including weekend work when planned
  • Responding to equipment issues where quick, sound decision-making is expected and supported
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to reduce downtime
  • Using welding, fabrication, and rebuild skills to keep equipment in top condition
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
  • Following all safety, LOTO, and GMP requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-moving operation.

You’ll be a strong candidate if you have:

  • 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing forklifts or material-handling equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and HMIs
  • Welding or fabrication experience (TIG, MIG, ARC)
  • Experience with PM programs and CMMS systems
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to GMP standards
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working around machinery, forklifts, production noise, and varying temperatures
